Cuba-Argentinian Parliament Leader Extols Importance of CELAC
President of the Chamber of Deputies of Argentina, Julián Domínguez, considered today the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (Celac) an inclusive, pro-integration organization that represents the interests of all nations
Dominguez told Prensa Latina that Celac's originality relies on including the diversity of interests representing Latin American countries and making the claim of every nation in the defense of natural resources its own.
Regarding real, alternative models that strengthen multipolarity in international relations, Dominguez said that Celac and the Southern Common Market (Mercosur) emerged as new spaces and original solutions that respond to the interests of the peoples.
Dominguez said that a way to achieve a more just multipolar world is "integrating ourselves and forging partnerships by taking into account our real interests and representing the interests of our peoples."
